How does it work?

Notify allows you to send a new case enquiry to multiple lenders of your choice at the same time and see their responses in one place. You can put in the full details of the case so that the sales team or an underwriter are be able to provide you with a response and then monitor the replies from all of the lenders in real-time. As the responses come in you can see if the lender has said if your case is one for them, or not, enabling you to focus on the ones that you can work with.

Once you’ve placed the case, you can say which lender the case is going with and withdraw it from view of the other lenders, so the other lender responses stop. You also have a full audit trail for you and the lender of the conversation that took place on the initial enquiry, which will make things go more smoothly when the case is submitted. Is it easy to use?

Yes! It's built into Knowledge Bank and has the familiar look and feel that you're used to. The journey starts right after you've performed a search and you can pick up any messages and view your cases directly from your Notify Inbox, all without leaving KB.

Does it cost anything?

How do I get Notify?

You access Notify by either performing a search, or if you wish to view current Notify cases, you can view these by going to your Notify Inbox. You can find your Notify Inbox by selecting Notify from your personal menu at the top right of each page. Click your name, and then click Notify.

Are all Lenders available?

All lenders have different ways of working so by the very nature of their businesses, not all are available on Notify. Some may also pause their participation due to business levels. However, there is always a wide selection of lenders for each case to give you the best possible chance of placing it successfully first time.

I've got some suggestions or want to report an issue
