The bank does not offer product transfers during the fixed period of any product.
As the bank only offers 2 and 5 year fixed term products and, in line with our Shariah compliant principles, has no early payment charges, there is no real benefit in transferring to another one of our products.
The only time a product transfer would be offered is at the end of the fixed term, and we will allow customers to transfer during a Payment holiday.

We would look to extend any existing discount period until after the forbearance period, and then apply the Product Transfer. This means that the product can be evaluated once the balance and term are known.
