We are not currently waiving the £10 fee for late DD payments due to issues caused by covid-19. If a customer's arrears accumulate to 2 months then a monthly arrears fee of £25 will also be charged, however if a customer is experiencing payment difficulties, they should contact us to establish what help we can offer and it may be that a concession can be agreed based on their circumstances which would avoid the need for late payment and incurring fees.
